Job Description – Service Advisor (Vespa / Aprilia)

Role Summary

The Service Advisor is the first point of contact for customers visiting our service centre. The role involves understanding customer concerns, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, ensuring timely delivery of vehicles, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers professionally and understand their service requirements.

* Prepare accurate job cards and explain repair estimates and timelines.

* Coordinate with technicians to ensure quality repairs and timely delivery.

* Keep customers informed about repair progress and obtain approvals for additional work.

* Promote periodic maintenance, genuine spare parts, accessories, and value-added services.

* Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively and follow up after vehicle delivery.

* Maintain proper documentation, warranty records, and service history.

* Achieve customer satisfaction (CSI), service revenue, labour, and spare parts targets.

* Ensure workshop discipline and adherence to company processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Diploma / Graduate / ITI in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

* 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry (Two-Wheeler experience preferred).

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers.

* Computer proficiency and familiarity with DMS is an advantage.
