Job Description
Outbound & Inbound calls: reach out to cold/warm leads
Lead generation: convert interest into sales or schedule appointment
Customer support: Answer product/ service related questions
Data management: Record details of all calls and consistently update the CRM
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly and monthly call quotas and sales targets
Requirements
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi
3. Residing close to HSR is preferred
