Job Description

The customer service representative is responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement, satisfaction, and business growth. This role acts as a strategic advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with the company’s products or services.


  • Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary
  • Stay updated on industry trends and client challenges
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Ability to manage multiple clients/accounts simultaneously
