Customer Success Manager (US Shift)

Location: Domlur, Bengaluru (Work From Office)

Experience: 6+ Years

Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:00 AM IST)

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth training delivery.
  • Schedule and manage training sessions.
  • Ensure timely execution of programs and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries, escalations, and follow-ups.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality.
  • Required Skills6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management.
  • Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
  • Good coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Basic understanding of IT Training, EdTech, or SaaS.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, MS Office, or CRM tools is preferred.
