We have an excellent opportunity for the position of "Customer Support & Sales Executive" with one of our Client who are into Home Services company located in KR Puram, Bangalore.

This is a Full Time Opportunity with our client itself.

Job Title: Customer Support & Sales Executive

Location: KR Puram, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

Work Mode: Office

Salary: Based on experience + incentives

Experience: 1+ years

Key Responsibilities:

·      Attend inbound customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries.

·      Understand customer requirements and explain company services clearly.

·      Suggest suitable cleaning or maintenance services based on customer needs.

·      Convince customers regarding pricing, packages, and service benefits.

·      Generate and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

·      Collect customer details including address, contact information, and service requirements.

·      Maintain customer data and daily updates in Google Sheets/CRM.

·      Coordinate with the operations team for service scheduling.

·      Schedule site inspections and free estimations for customers.

·      Manage service bookings and daily customer follow-ups.

·      Follow up with customers for confirmations, payments, and feedback.

·      Handle customer complaints and resolve queries professionally.

·      Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills

·      Good communication skills in English and Kannada.

·      Hindi/Telugu is an added advantage.

·      Basic computer knowledge.

·      Experience using Google Sheets, Excel, and WhatsApp Business.

·      Strong customer handling and convincing skills.

·      Good follow-up and coordination abilities.

·      Positive attitude and professional behavior.

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma.

·      Experience in tele calling, customer support, sales, or service industry is preferred.
