Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage customer inquiries and ensure a seamless experience throughout the interior design project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients, coordinating with internal teams, scheduling appointments, and providing timely updates on project progress.

• Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with project-related queries, design consultations, quotations, and service requests.
• Schedule meetings and site visits between customers and the design team.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and execution teams to provide timely project updates.
• Follow up with customers regarding approvals, payments, project milestones, and feedback.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous support.
• Prepare daily follow-up reports and customer interaction records.
• Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 6 month to –3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or CRM, preferably in the interior design, construction, or real estate industry.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
