Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Inbound, Outbound, and Email Support processes. If you have good communication skills and are passionate about providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in English and any one of the following regional languages:
Telugu
Kannada
Tamil
Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work from the office in Hebbal, Bangalore.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls (Inbound/Outbound) or Email.
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain quality standards and update customer records in the system.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Salary Details
Inbound / Outbound Process
CTC: ₹20,000 per month
Take-Home Salary: ₹16,500 per month
Email Process
CTC: ₹25,000 per month
Take-Home Salary: ₹20,000 per month
