Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a friendly, patient, and solution-oriented Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

  • Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
