We are hiring for Customer Service Executive (Voice Process) who can speak Kannada and basic English
Roles and Responsibilities :
Assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
They handle inquiries, provide information, and offer solutions, often acting as the first point of contact for customers.
Handle customer queries and resolving customer issues over call.
Experience: 0-1 years with Kannada communication with basic English communication.
Salary: 18K (Take Home) + Incentives
Working Days: 6 days (1 Rotational Week off) Shifts: 24*7 ( Rotational Shifts )
Education: Intermediate and above. Languages Required: Kannada and English
Joining: Immediate. Interview Mode: Walk-In Interview timings: 9:30Am to 3Pm (Monday to Saturday) Work Location: Banglore
