Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and project updates.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain customer records and update the CRM or daily reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely customer support.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
