Customer Support Executive

Job Title: Customer Support Executive 

Location: Bangalore

CTC: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA

Process : Voice/Non-Voice/Chat processes available

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Manage email and chat support as required.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Meet individual and team performance targets.

- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

- Graduate/Undergraduate (depending on process requirements).

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
