Job Description:
• Handle outbound and inbound calls to connect with cold and warm leads
• Generate leads by converting customer interest into sales or scheduling appointments
• Provide customer support by answering product and service-related queries
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and regularly update the CRM system
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi
• Candidates residing near HSR are preferred
