Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, chat, and support tickets
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
• Guide customers regarding product usage, orders, and services
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups
• Maintain records of customer interactions and updates
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the concerned departments
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive customer experience
• Follow company communication standards and support processes

Skills Required

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
• Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions effectively
• Patience, empathy, and a professional attitude

Eligibility

• Graduate or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or operations support is preferred but not mandatory
