Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Tele-caller to join our dynamic team. The Tele-caller will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring timely collections, promoting sales, and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of customer service and be comfortable with outbound/inbound calls to manage collections, sales, and resolve customer queries.

Key Responsibilities: 

Customer Support:

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.

• Resolve customer issues related to products, services, and billing in a friendly and efficient manner.

• Provide information, updates, and guidance to customers regarding their accounts or services.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by offering effective solutions and following up as necessary

• Document customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed.

 Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Degree

• Experience: Fresher also can apply

• Communication Skills: Excellent in English and Hindi Language

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage difficult or sensitive conversations.

• Sales Skills: Knowledge of sales techniques, persuasive communication, and closing sales.

Working Conditions: • Shift: Day shift

• Compensation: INR.250000 – 400000/- per Annum (INR.17000-INR.30000 Take Home Salary)
