Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.
- EligibilityFreshers and candidates with up to 3 years of customer support experience are welcome to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
