Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers over calls.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
• Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
• Follow company policies and process guidelines.
• EligibilityGraduate or Undergraduate (as per company requirements).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Location: Bangalore

Compensation: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,50,000 per annum (based on skills and experience).
