Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach with customers.
  • Record customer interactions and update the system.
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: PUC/12th Pass or Graduate.
  • Good communication skills in English (additional regional languages are an advantage).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
