Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our BPO operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
Maintain accurate records of interactions
Provide excellent customer service and support
