Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Executive to join our office-based team. The candidate must be fluent in both Hindi and English to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing excellent support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Hindi and English.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures.
