Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Non-Voice Chat Process Executive to provide support to customers through chat and email channels. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through chat and email support.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when required.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
  • Follow company policies, processes, and quality guidelines.
  • Meet productivity, response time, and performance targets.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience.

Eligibility:

  • Graduation: Any Bachelor's Degree.
  • Only 2025 and 2026 passed-out graduates are eligible to apply.
