Job Summary:

We are looking for a patient, inspiring, and technically sound educator to train our students in Data Analytics. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical statistics/mathematics and practical coding. Your primary goal is not just to teach tools, but to build analytical thinking, nurture curiosity, and prepare students for their first internships and entry-level data roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foundational Instruction: Deliver classroom and lab sessions covering the complete data analytics lifecycle, specifically tailored for beginners with little to no industry experience.
• Curriculum Adaptation: Break down complex mathematical/statistical concepts (Probability, Hypothesis Testing, Regression) into simple, relatable examples that students can easily grasp.
• Hands-on Lab Sessions: Guide students through live coding exercises in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL, ensuring they write clean, error-free code from scratch.
• Project Mentorship: Mentor student capstone projects. Guide them on how to find datasets, define a problem statement, perform EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis), and present their findings effectively.
• Doubt-Clearing & Remedial Support: Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and provide extra support to students who are struggling with coding logic or statistical concepts.
• Academic Assessment: Design examinations, practical lab tests, and quiz assessments that accurately measure a student’s understanding, not just their memorization.
• Career Readiness: Integrate soft skills into the curriculum—help students build their Data Analytics portfolios on GitHub, practice mock interviews, and solve case studies commonly asked in campus placements.
• Student Engagement: Use gamification, hackathons, and industry guest lectures to keep students motivated and engaged throughout the course duration.
