YAAVI is a leading furnishing and curtain fabric brand known for customized solutions and quality craftsmanship. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Data Entry and Dispatch Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain accurate customer, order, and inventory data in company systems.
• Coordinate with production, packing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch.
• Prepare dispatch documents, including invoices, shipping labels, and delivery challans.
• Maintain dispatch and stock registers with accuracy and accountability.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to the sales or customer service team.
• Generate daily or weekly reports related to data entry and dispatch operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work in coordination with multiple departments.
• Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, or furnishing industry preferred.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 16000/- To 17000/-
