Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and company software.
• Review source documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain records and files in an organized manner.
• Identify and correct data entry errors.
• Generate reports as required by management.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
• Perform regular data backups and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
• Meet daily and monthly productivity targets.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of database management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
