Manage existing dealers and build strong relationships

Follow up on orders, payment collections & deliveries

Maintain stock inquiry and update dealers regularly

Coordinate with dispatch, accounts & production teams

Support in new dealer acquisition and onboarding

Maintain daily visit reports & maintain communication records

Support marketing activities & product promotions

Handle customer feedback and ensure quick resolution
