Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Pickup & Delivery: Collect soiled laundry from customers and deliver cleaned/pressed items according to the scheduled route.
- Order Verification: Carefully verify garment counts and types against the invoice during both pickup and delivery to ensure accuracy.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and polite behaviour, as you are the primary point of contact for the customer. Handle basic customer queries or feedback on-site.
- Logistics & Navigation: Plan and follow the most efficient routes using GPS to ensure on-time service, accounting for Bengaluru’s traffic conditions.
- Documentation: Collect payments (if applicable), obtain digital or physical signatures upon delivery, and maintain accurate logs of all pickups and drop-offs.
- Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to all traffic laws, operate your two-wheeler safely, and ensure the vehicle is maintained and fueled.
- Reporting: Communicate regularly with the store supervisor regarding delivery status, route delays, or any issues with customer items (e.g., stains, damage).
