Job Description
Job PurposeTo ensure timely, safe, and accurate delivery of organic groceries and products to customers, while maintaining high standards of customer service and hygiene as per The Organic World’s values.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPick up orders from The Organic World store/warehouse as per delivery schedule
- Verify order items, quantity, and quality before dispatch
- Deliver products to customers on time and in good condition
- Collect payments (cash/UPI/POS) when applicable and submit them accurately
- Follow delivery routes efficiently to minimize delays
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly
