We are looking for energetic and reliable Delivery Associates to join our team. As the face of Popeyes, you will ensure our famous "Louisiana Fast" fried chicken and signature sides reach our customers hot, fresh, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely Delivery: Transport food orders from the kitchen to customer locations using the most efficient routes.
• Order Accuracy: Double-check orders before leaving the restaurant to ensure all items, beverages, and condiments are included.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service at the doorstep, representing the Popeyes brand with a positive attitude.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety guidelines while operating your vehicle.
• Cash Handling: Securely manage payments for "Cash on Delivery" orders and provide accurate change when necessary.
• Communication: Coordinate with the dispatch team and restaurant managers to provide real-time updates on delivery status.

• Tech Savvy: Ability to use smartphone apps for navigation and order management.
• Punctuality: Strong time-management skills to meet delivery windows.
• Local Knowledge: General familiarity with the city's geography and shortcuts.
