Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up orders from stores, warehouses, or restaurants.
- Deliver packages and products to customers within the assigned area.
- Verify delivery information and obtain customer signatures or payment when required.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage during transportation.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
- Maintain delivery records and update delivery status through mobile applications.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
