Job Description
Delivery Incharge
Ensures the customer receives the vehicle smoothly and has an excellent delivery experience.
Customer experience and handover process.
- Schedule delivery with the customer.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, insurance, and registration teams.
- Verify all delivery documents.
- Explain vehicle features and controls.
- Deliver keys and documents.
- Obtain customer acknowledgements and feedback.
- Ensure a memorable delivery ceremony.
Extensive customer interaction.
Customer satisfaction (CSI), on-time deliveries, documentation accuracy, delivery experience.
Communication, customer handling, coordination, presentation skills, product knowledge.
