Job Description – Department Manager (DM)
Role Purpose
Drive sales, ensure operational excellence, deliver superior customer experience, and manage team performance to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales, PICS, SAV, and FC enrollment targets.
- Deliver high customer satisfaction (Mystery Audit & feedback management).
- Control CCA attrition and resolve employee issues on time.
- Ensure SOP compliance, store readiness, and VM standards.
- Monitor cash handling, reports, and process adherence.
- Maintain team schedules, punctuality, and productivity.
- Drive training, skill development, and performance improvement.
- Achieve CCA productivity and Private Label sales targets.
