Company Profile:

We are a manufacturing company engaged in the production and supply of paper rolls and label rolls. We also display and sell Godrej Safes from our premises.

• Job ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer HandlingAttend walk-in customers visiting the showroom for Godrej Safes, paper rolls, and label rolls.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for order execution.
• Maintain customer records and sales reports.
• Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email inquiries.
• Digital MarketingManage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Create and post product photos, videos, and promotional content.
• Update Google Business Profile regularly.
• Generate online leads through digital marketing activities.
• Assist in website content updates and product listings.
• Run WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor online inquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Lead Generation & Business DevelopmentIdentify and contact potential customers.
• Build a database of printers, packaging companies, manufacturers, retailers, warehouses, offices, and institutions.
• Conduct follow-up calls and schedule customer meetings.
• Support business development initiatives and market research.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to interact confidently with customers.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.

• Experience in sales, customer service, telecalling, or digital marketing will be preferred.
• SalaryAs per experience and performance.
• Working HoursMonday to Saturday (10am to 7pm)
