Digital Marketing Executive

Mechanical Chef is a startup developing cooking robots for homes. We are beginning small-scale manufacturing at our office in Benson Town, Bangalore. We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement Executive who is passionate about promoting innovative products, building customer relationships, and contributing to business growth.

Candidate's Primary Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Mechanical Chef's cooking robots to potential customers.
• Identify and generate new business leads through online and offline events channels.
• Call customers, explain product features, and conduct product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Create and disseminate content online.

Candidate's Secondary Responsibilities:

• Support digital marketing activities and manage social media promotions and conduct market research.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product team.
• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other sales and marketing tasks as needed.
