Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Executive to elevate our brand presence. You will manage our social media channels, with a primary focus on growth and engagement on LinkedIn and YouTube.
The ideal candidate bridges the gap between traditional creation and modern technology. You must be skilled in graphic design, photo/video editing, and highly proficient in leveraging AI tools to speed up workflows and scale content production.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Own the strategy, content calendar, and daily growth of our LinkedIn and YouTube channels.
- Content Creation: Design eye-catching graphics, thumbnails, and carousels.
- Video Production: Edit high-quality video content (shorts, reels, long-form) with smooth transitions, audio, and captions.
- AI Integration: Use AI tools to optimize copywriting, generate design assets, script videos, and automate routine marketing tasks.
- Analytics: Track performance metrics on YouTube and LinkedIn to adjust strategies and increase organic reach.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Social Media Expertise: Proven track record growing professional audiences on LinkedIn and driving views/subscribers on YouTube.
- Design & Editing: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva/CapCut.
- AI Literacy: Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, ElevenLabs, or Jasper) for content workflows.
- Communication: Exceptional English copywriting skills tailored for professional B2B (LinkedIn) and engaging B2C (YouTube) audiences.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of YouTube SEO (titles, tags, descriptions) and LinkedIn algorithm hacks.
Website designing and hosting knowledge will be added advantage
