Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, data-curious Performance Marketing Intern to support our paid media
operations across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will work directly under the Digital Marketing
Manager, gaining hands-on exposure to live campaign management, audience building, and
performance reporting. This is a results-oriented role — interns who demonstrate strong analytical
thinking and execution skills will be considered for full-time positions at the end of the 3-month
tenure.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the day-to-day management of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance metrics — CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPL — and flag anomalies to the manager
• Help build and refresh audience segments, keyword lists, and negative keyword pools
• Support A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages
• Pull weekly performance reports from Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4; summaries findings in tracker sheets
• Assist with UTM tagging and campaign tracking setup
• Conduct competitor ad research using Meta Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency Centre
• Coordinate with the content team to ensure ad creatives are aligned with campaign objectives
What You Will Learn
• End-to-end campaign setup and optimization across Google and Meta platforms
• Practical use of analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
• Attribution modelling, conversion tracking, and funnel analysis
• Reporting frameworks and dashboard maintenance for a live B2B business
• How performance marketing drives real B2B lead generation at scale
Who We Are Looking For
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field
• Basic understanding of paid advertising concepts (Search, Social, Display)
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Familiarity with Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager — even at a beginner level — is a plus
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and numbers
• Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in English
