Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads, increase brand awareness, and support sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects
• Handle social media platforms, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and online promotions
• Generate quality leads through digital marketing activities
• Coordinate with sales teams for lead follow-up and campaign performance
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing materials
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare MIS reports
• Manage SEO, website updates, and online branding activities
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and lead generation

Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing

Good communication and creative thinking skills

Knowledge of CRM tools and campaign analysis

Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools

Experience:

3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Real Estate.
