Job Description
Core Responsibilities & Scope:
Social Media Management & Creative Strategy: You will lead the planning,
creation, and publishing of engaging content across all social media platforms to
increase brand awareness and audience engagement. This involves maintaining a
consistent brand voice, managing a content calendar, and staying ahead of platform
trends to ensure our brand remains relevant and high-performing in organic feeds.
Performance Media Buying & Meta Ads: You will take full ownership of the
advertising budget, designing and deploying end-to-end Meta campaigns (Facebook &
Instagram). This includes utilizing a mix of Advantage+ Shopping and manual bidding
strategies to drive scalable growth. You will architect a sophisticated account structure
encompassing Prospecting (TOFU), Retargeting (MOFU), and Retention (BOFU),
ensuring every rupee of ad spend is treated as a high-yield investment.
Creative Testing & Optimization Framework: Act as the strategic bridge between
data and design. You will analyze ad-level metrics such as Hook Rates (3-second
views) and Hold Rates to identify winning visual patterns. You will oversee a rigorous
A/B testing roadmap for ad copy, headlines, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to combat
audience fatigue, while personally crafting compelling, conversion-focused copy
tailored to specific psychological triggers.
Technical Infrastructure & Data Integrity: You will be responsible for the health of
our technical tracking, including the Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Offline
Event sets. This involves managing Meta Business Suite configurations, domain
verification, and event prioritization to ensure accurate attribution in a privacy-first
environment. You will ensure seamless data synchronization between Meta, Google
Analytics 4 (GA4), and internal landing pages.
Analytical Governance & Reporting: Deliver weekly performance audits and
executive briefs focusing on core business KPIs including CAC (Cost Per Acquisition),
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and Engagement Rates. You are expected to translate
raw platform data into actionable executive-level insights, identifying new market
opportunities and establishing repeatable protocols for scaling the brand’s reach and
revenue.
