Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a data-driven and agile Digital Marketing Specialist with core hands-on experience in

performance marketing and end-to-end content creation to systematically manage, monitor, and optimize paid

campaigns. The selected candidate will own and execute high-converting lead generation campaigns across

Meta and Google Ads networks, track continuous analytics metrics, and write high-converting copy assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Performance Marketing Execution

Manage and balance Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns setups.

Run and aggressively optimize paid lead generation funnels focusing on core milestones (**CPL, CTR, and

absolute conversions**).

Monitor account delivery health and execute data-backed daily campaign optimizations.

Conduct structured A/B testing matrix structures for ad creatives, hooks, and audience cohorts.

Manage allocation budgets efficiently and preserve robust ROI thresholds.

Track and audit campaign data maps via Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics modules.

2. Content Creation & Copywriting

Write highly persuasive, thumb-stopping ad copies and targeted campaign hooks content.

Create engaging, context-appropriate content blueprints for landing pages, promotional blogs, and social

media feeds.

Partner seamlessly with graphic designers and creative assets teams to develop high-performance ad

visuals.

Ensure complete brand continuity and unified campaign alignment across all deployment channels.

CANDIDATE PROFILE & CORE SKILLS

Required Technical Skills:

Proven hands-on experience navigating and executing tracking frameworks inside Meta Ads & Google Ads

dashboards.

Solid background driving conversion results across B2B and/or B2C lead generation campaigns.

Exceptional short-form copywriting skills tailored for high-intent corporate funnels.

Data-driven approach to campaign optimization based on raw analytics tracking.

Preferred Assets (Good to Have):

Proficiency with Google Analytics configuration and custom conversion parameter setups.

Basic knowledge of landing page SEO rules and conversion optimization.

Prior exposure inside **SaaS, CPaaS, Martech, or Tech platform startups** is a definite plus.
