Role Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who possess strong communication skills, basic MS Excel knowledge, and are eager to build a career in the BPO industry.

You will be responsible for supporting transportation and logistics operations by coordinating with drivers, monitoring daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth execution of business processes.

Job Title: Dispatch Executive - BPO

US Shift (5:30 PM IST – 2:30 AM IST) [OR] 12-hour shifts (4 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

·      Monitor and manage driver movements throughout the shift.

·      Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

·      Track vehicles using GPS and provide route assistance.

·      Investigate, document, and report operational delays.

·      Handle driver queries and provide day-to-day operational support.

·      Prepare operational reports, shift handovers, and daily summaries.

·      Resolve transportation, scheduling, and dispatch-related issues.

·      Respond to emergencies, including vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and route disruptions.

·      Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

·      Adhere to company SOPs, quality standards, and operational compliance.

Requirements

·      Graduate in any discipline.

·      Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·      Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.

·      Willingness to work in the night shift (5:30 PM IST – 2:30 AM IST or 12 hours for 4 days a week)

·      Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

·      Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

·      Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·      Positive attitude and willingness to grow in the BPO industry.

·      Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup.
