Job Title: Junior Order & Dispatch Executive – Supply Chain Operations
Location: HSR Layout 7th Sector
Company: 4Syz Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Employment Type: Internship 3 months and later conversion to FTE for freshers . Experienced people will be absorbed immediately
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end order processing, dispatch coordination, inventory control, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have an educational background or hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Inventory Management and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely deliveries and superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management
Manage the complete order lifecycle from receipt of order to final dispatch.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely execution of orders.
Monitor order status and proactively address delays or issues.
Ensure all customer commitments and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities.
Prepare dispatch schedules and documentation.
Liaise with courier partners, transporters, and logistics providers for timely deliveries.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and management.
Resolve dispatch-related issues and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Monitor stock movement and conduct periodic stock verification.
Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
Follow inventory control practices such as FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out), wherever applicable.
Monitor ageing stock and expiry dates where relevant.
Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of stocks.
Team Supervision
Supervise and guide the dispatch and warehouse support team.
Allocate daily work and monitor productivity.
Ensure packing, labelling, and dispatch activities are carried out accurately and efficiently.
Maintain discipline and adherence to operational procedures.
Product & Vendor Coordination
Identify new products and market trends relevant to client requirements.
Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Introduce suitable products and alternatives to clients based on their needs.
Support the business team with product information, samples, and recommendations.
Client Service & Operational Excellence
Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure high standards of responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
Prepare operational reports related to orders, dispatches, inventory, and SLA performance.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification
Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
Diploma or certification in Supply Chain Management / Logistics will be an added advantage.
Experience
0-3 years of experience in Order Management, Dispatch, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Operations.
Fresh graduates with relevant academic exposure and a strong aptitude for operations may also apply.
Required Skills
Good understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
Knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, stock reconciliation, and inventory controls.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to prioritise work and meet client SLAs.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems will be an advantage.
Leadership ability to manage dispatch and support teams.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Salary
Compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated capability for experienced people.
Freshers will be offered 16k per month during internship and based on their performance will be converted to full time and salary will be hiked accordingly.
