Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to create accurate technical drawings, plans, and layouts based on specifications from engineers, architects, or designers. The Draftsman will be responsible for translating concepts into precise drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and blueprints using CAD software (AutoCAD).
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Revise and update existing drawings based on feedback or changes.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and related documents.
• Support site teams by providing technical drawings and clarifications as needed.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and assist with Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation if required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD)
• Strong understanding of engineering/architectural principles and construction standards.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience in construction, interior design, architectural field].
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
