Position: Driver ( Employee Pickup and Drop )

Salary: 26000 Take Home to 40000 Take Home

Location: Mahadevpura, Nagavara, Marathahalli, CV Raman Nagar, Bellandur, Yelahanka, Electronic City

Key Responsibilities

• Safe & Timely Transportation: Safely transport employees between designated pickup points, the office, and their drop-off locations according to a strict schedule.
• Route Planning: Map out the most efficient routes using GPS and traffic apps to ensure timely arrivals while avoiding heavy traffic or construction zones.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Safety: Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of the vehicle (checking brakes, tires, oil, fuel, and lights). Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and safe for passengers at all times.
• Compliance & Safety Regulations: Strictly adhere to all traffic laws, speed limits, and company safety protocols. Ensure all passengers wear seatbelts and follow vehicle safety rules.
• Logbook & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of daily mileage, trip timings, fuel consumption, and passenger attendance.
• Professional Conduct: Provide excellent customer service to employees. Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful demeanor at all times.
• Emergency Handling: Respond calmly and effectively in the event of an accident, breakdown, or medical emergency, following company protocol and immediately notifying management
