Position: Driver-cum-Office Boy

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Driver-cum-Office Boy to handle driving duties as well as general office support activities. The candidate should have a valid driving licence, good knowledge of local routes, and a professional and courteous attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely for official and business-related purposes.
• Pick up and drop off employees, clients, visitors, and documents as required.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Monitor fuel, servicing, insurance, PUC, and other vehicle-related requirements.
• Perform office errands such as bank visits, courier dispatches, document collection, and purchases.
• Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and other basic office tasks.
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents and packages.
• Support the administration team with day-to-day office activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.
• Follow all traffic rules and company policies.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor/management.
• RequirementsValid driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience.
• Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Basic communication skills in English/Hindi/Kannada or relevant local language.
• Ability to perform basic office support and administrative tasks.
• Good personal hygiene, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
• Honest, dependable, and responsible.
• Ability to work flexible hours when required.
