Driver Trainer

We are looking for a patient, reliable, and skilled Driving Instructor to join our team. The instructor will be responsible for teaching customers safe driving practices, preparing them for driving tests, and ensuring they develop confidence behind the wheel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical driving lessons to customers based on their skill levels and learning pace.
• Teach road safety, traffic rules, and defensive driving techniques.
• Assess customers’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a calm and supportive learning environment to reduce customer anxiety.
• Ensure the training vehicle is always in good condition and meets safety standards.
• Keep accurate records of customer progress, attendance, and lesson schedules.
• Prepare customers for written and practical driving examinations.
• Handle rescheduling and adjustments to fit customer and instructor availability.
• Promote responsible, confident, and safe driving habits.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid driving license with an excellent driving record.
• Certified driving instructor license (as per local regulations).
• Must own a car in good working condition (we will install the required instructor pedals).
• Prior experience as a driving instructor or trainer preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an added advantage.

Working Conditions

• Flexible working hours, including weekends if required.
• Majority of time spent in training vehicles and on the road.
• Must be willing to travel to customer pickup/drop-off locations if required.
