Job Description


We are looking for energetic and confident individuals to join our team as Education Consultants. The role involves guiding students about educational programs, handling inquiries, counseling prospective students, and assisting them throughout the admission process.


Responsibilities


* Counsel students regarding courses and admission procedures.

* Handle inbound and outbound calls.

* Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.

* Understand students’ requirements and suggest suitable courses.

* Convert inquiries into admissions.

* Maintain student records and update the CRM system.

* Achieve monthly admission targets.


Eligibility


* Education: 12th Pass, 12th Fail, Undergraduate, Graduate all can apply.

* Experience: Freshers are welcome. Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in counseling, telesales, customer support, or admissions are preferred.

* Good communication skills in English and Kannada 

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
