Educational Counsellor

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The role involves counselling prospective students, handling admissions, and coordinating with colleges as required.

• 📝 Key Responsibilities:Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and admission processes
• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries (calls, walk-ins, leads)
• Maintain follow-ups with students and parents
• Assist students with documentation and admission procedures
• Build and maintain relationships with partner colleges
• Visit colleges/institutions when required for coordination and partnerships
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions
• ✅ Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Willingness to travel/visit colleges when required
• Basic knowledge of education/courses/admissions (preferred)
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
• 💼 Preferred Qualifications:Graduate in any field (MBA/BBM/BBA preferred)
