Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Description To ensure timely rectification of complaints related to CCMS controllers and streetlight systems, carry out installations, maintain spare parts records, and conduct root cause analysis to improve system performance. Role and Responsibilities  Rectify CCMS controller complaints received from the CMS team.  Attend and resolve streetlight complaints reported by the public through the CMS.  Carry out installation of new panels as and when required.  Achieve the target number of complaint resolutions as assigned by the manager.  Maintain accurate records of spare parts received and faulty spares sent for repair.  Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for frequent complaints and assist in preventive measures.  Coordinate with the team for efficient workflow and timely resolution of issues. Qualifications  ITI/Diploma/BE in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.  Minimum 1–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in streetlight or panel systems.  Experience in handling CCMS systems will be an advantage.
