Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Site Engineers / Senior Engineers to work on BESCOM electrical projects involving the installation, operation, and maintenance of 11 kV distribution lines and associated equipment.

- ExperienceFreshers are welcome to apply.
- Experienced candidates with a background in electrical utility, distribution, or maintenance projects are preferred.
- Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise installation and maintenance activities of 11 kV lines and related electrical equipment.
- Coordinate with BESCOM officials and field teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and work permits.
- Monitor project progress and maintain site records.
- Conduct site inspections and report project status.
- Manage manpower and ensure quality execution of works.
- Qualification ITI/Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or related discipline.
- Knowledge of electrical distribution systems is an added advantage.
- Skills RequiredGood communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work at project sites.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
Work LocationVarious BESCOM project locations in Karnataka.
