Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Handle basic electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance work
- Carry out carpentry and minor civil repair works
- Attend breakdowns and emergency maintenance issues at outlets
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks
- Coordinate with external vendors whenever required
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment, fixtures, and utilities
- Maintain tools and ensure workplace safety standards
- Support outlet setup and maintenance activities for new locations
- Requirements:Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or facility maintenance
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of maintenance experience
- Basic understanding of safety and maintenance procedures
- Ability to travel between outlets if required
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
- Skills Required:Electrical troubleshooting
- Plumbing maintenance
