Job Description
The Electronics Technician will support the prototyping and manufacturing activities in the office by operating 3D printers, preparing files shared by the design team, maintaining equipment, and ensuring parts are delivered on time.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate 3D printers safely and efficiently.
- Receive design files from the design team and prepare them for printing using slicing software.
- Set up basic print parameters such as material, layer height, support, infill, and print speed.
- Monitor print jobs and ensure successful completion.
- Perform basic cleaning, upkeep, and minor troubleshooting of printers.
- Report machine issues, print failures, and material-related problems.
- Maintain stock of printing materials and consumables.
- Deliver completed parts to the concerned team after basic quality check.
- Maintain records of print jobs, machine maintenance, and material usage.
