Role: Customer Support Executive – Non Voice Process
Process: Web Chat Support – Telecom Domain
Important Note:
We are looking for Immediate Joiners who are comfortable working from the office. Only Direct Walk-in Interviews will be conducted.
- Eligibility 12th
- Minimum 6 of experience in email
- 9 working hours per shift
- Take Home: 25k ctc
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through email, chat, and web chat platforms
- Provide prompt and effective resolutions to customer concerns
- Deliver quality English chat support to customers
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of telecom process preferred
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Knowledge of email drafting and customer handling
